Trust and transparency

We are working toward SOC 2. ComplyBora does not hold a SOC 2 certification and has no independent audit report. The trust centre lists what is in place today and what is not.

Is ComplyBora a government agency?

No. ComplyBora is an independent educational platform. For official transactions and the latest rules, use KRA, the National Treasury, PPRA and the other authorities linked from our official resources page.

Do I need an account to use the guides and tools?

No. Every guide, calculator, tracker and checklist is free and works without signing in.

Where does the information come from?

Each guide lists its official sources, such as KRA, the National Treasury, PPRA, the AGPO portal and Kenya Law, with the date it was last reviewed.
