1. About the service

ComplyBora provides educational information, tools and templates about business compliance, tax and procurement in Kenya. The service is in early access: features are added over time and may change, be limited or be unavailable.

2. Independent platform

ComplyBora is not KRA, PPRA, BRS, e-GP or any government body, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Official transactions such as filing returns or submitting tenders must be completed on the official systems.

3. Not professional advice

Content is general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Laws, rates and deadlines change. Always check the official source and consult a qualified professional before acting. Examples and calculations are illustrative and are not official assessments.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or acting for a business.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, attempts to break or overload it, access to other users' data, automated scraping without permission, or uploading malicious content.

6. Content and intellectual property

ComplyBora's design, text and templates belong to ComplyBora or its licensors. Official laws and documents belong to their publishers. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us permission to process it to provide the service.

7. Paid features

Paid features, prices, refunds and payment terms will be published before any payment is taken, and will form part of these terms.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, ComplyBora is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on the content, including missed deadlines, rejected bids or tax outcomes.

9. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
